 I found this picture in a collection of missing-person’s photographs, the ones they distribute on flyers, paste on telephone poles and affix to milk cartons when a child vanishes.  The police take these in elementary school, and we don't require another when the student comes to junior high.  The photo and a pre-made flyer is included in the student's permanent record.  

Stacks of these exist in the school's main storeroom.  Piles of unmissing children.
